Embraer’s Aero Seating Technology group approached MTCcorp requesting collaborative assistance in developing an ultra-lightweight and aesthetically beautiful seating solution for their Phenom 300 executive aircraft MTCcorp was entrusted with the responsibility of providing several carbon fiber shroud parts adorning the sides of the seats, under-seat storage drawer, sliding and rotating seat base and the armrest.

These parts posed several unique manufacturing challenges which drove MTCcorp’s innovation in processes and technique development to realize these parts in production.

MTCcorp assisted Embraer throughout prototyping and qualification phases, and has been a reliable and trusted production supplier to Embraer in the years since.
