With decades of success in producing world-class prototype show vehicles MTCcorp has a foundation of broad based skills and fine attention to detail. Combined with the disciplines and process-framework of AS9100D, MTCcorp applies these skills to produce mission-critical complex assemblies.

Our capabilities include full-cycle production, including CNC-machined parts, AWS-Certified Weldment parts, Resin-Transfer Molded fiberglass parts, full paint, Program management, Outside vendor management, Final assembly, First Article and Non-Destructive testing and document control including a deliverable compilation of all mill certs, part travelers, test reports and certificates of conformance.
