INDYCAR WINDSHIELD AEROSCREEN TOOLING

MTCcorp was called upon by PPG Aerospace to manufacture the specialized tooling for the much-anticipated Aeroscreen for the INDYCAR program.

Utilizing its precision machine shop capabilities and experience with critical product and tight-timeframes, MTCcorp rose to this challenge. It produced tooling for the key manufacturing processes for the Aeroscreens - Forming, Laminating, Machining and Bonding.

The Aeroscreen was successfully track-tested in late 2019 and will be part of every INDYCAR beginning in the 2020 race season.
