MTCcorp was commissioned to provide advanced composites Cockpit Side Window Frames for the newly updated Sikorsky S-92 Medium-Lift Helicopter.
MTCcorp collaborated with customer’s engineering to ensure design manufacturability of the frame, and then went on to design and manufacture bespoke composite tooling to produce frames for the program.
The S-92 (civilian variant) along with the H-92 Superhawk (military variant) successfully perform missions ranging from utility & executive transport to Search & Rescue and Emergency Medical Air-lift.
The newly christened VH-92 variant has recently been commissioned by the United States Marine Corps as the “Marine One” Presidential transport fleet.
Once again, MTCcorp has been selected as the trusted-provider of Cockpit Side Window Frames for this fleet of special and uniquely critical helicopters.
